Duopot ortak harcamaları takip etmek için gereken kadar veri işler. Banka hesabınıza bağlanmaz, para transferi yapmaz ve verilerinizi satmaz.

Topladığımız veriler

Kart bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Ödemeleri Apple ve Google alır.

Reklamlar

Ücretsiz plandaki kullanıcılar, ilk yedi günden sonra Google AdMob üzerinden reklam görür. Duopot yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam ister ve sizi uygulamalar arasında izlemek için izin istemez. Google, reklamı göstermek, sıklığı sınırlamak ve sahteciliği önlemek için IP adresi ve cihaz bilgisi gibi verileri yine de işleyebilir. Ayrıntılar: Google'ın iş ortağı sitelerdeki veri kullanımı. Plus kullanıcıları reklam görmez.

Verileri işleyen hizmet sağlayıcılar

Supabase: veritabanı, kimlik doğrulama ve sunucu işlevleri. Veriler Avustralya'daki (Sidney) sunucularda tutulur.
RevenueCat: abonelik durumunun takibi.
Apple ve Google: giriş (seçerseniz) ve ödeme.
Google AdMob: ücretsiz plandaki reklamlar.
Sentry: hata raporları. Kişisel veri gönderimi kapalıdır.
Avrupa Merkez Bankası: döviz kurları. Bu kaynağa sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri gönderilmez.

Bu hizmetlerin bir kısmı Türkiye dışında bulunduğundan verileriniz yurt dışına aktarılır. Aktarım, hizmeti sunabilmek için gereklidir ve hesap açarken verdiğiniz açık rızaya dayanır.

Hukuki dayanak

Hesap ve harcama verilerini sizinle yaptığımız sözleşmeyi yerine getirmek için işleriz. Hata raporları ve kullanım adımlarını uygulamayı çalışır ve kullanışlı tutmaktaki meşru menfaatimize dayanarak işleriz.

Saklama ve silme

Verileriniz hesabınız açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Uygulamada Hesap → Hesabı sil ile hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. Silme işlemi hesabınızı, kişisel kayıtlarınızı ve hedeflerinizi kalıcı olarak kaldırır.

Bir istisna vardır: bir grupla paylaştığınız harcamalar, diğer üyelerin geçmişi ve hesaplaşmaları değişmesin diye grupta kalır. Bu kayıtlarda yalnızca o anki görünen adınız durur. Hesabınızla bağlantıları kesilir.

Haklarınız

6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve verilerinizi taşınabilir biçimde alma hakkınız vardır. Harcamalarınızı uygulamadan dışa aktarabilirsiniz. Diğer talepler için [email protected] adresine yazın. En geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.

Çocuklar

Duopot 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı değiştirirsek tarihi güncelleriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz.

Duopot handles only the data needed to keep track of shared expenses. It never connects to your bank, never moves money, and never sells your data.

What we collect

We never see your card details. Apple and Google take the payments.

On the free plan, people see ads from Google AdMob after their first seven days. Duopot only requests non-personalised ads and never asks for permission to track you across apps. Google may still process data such as your IP address and device information to serve the ad, cap how often it shows, and prevent fraud. Details: how Google uses data from partner apps. Plus members see no ads.

Service providers

Supabase: database, sign-in and server functions. Data is stored on servers in Sydney, Australia.
RevenueCat: subscription status.
Apple and Google: sign-in (if you choose it) and payment.
Google AdMob: ads on the free plan.
Sentry: crash reports, with personal data sending turned off.
European Central Bank: exchange rates. No data about you is sent there.

Some of these providers are outside your country, so your data is transferred abroad. The transfer is needed to provide the service.

Legal basis

We process account and expense data to perform our contract with you. We process crash reports and usage steps on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the app working and usable.

Keeping and deleting data

Your data is kept while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your personal records and your goals.

One exception: expenses you shared with a group stay with that group, so the other members' history and settlements do not change. Those records keep only the display name you had at the time and are no longer linked to your account.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Turkey's data protection law (KVKK), you can access your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and receive it in a portable format. You can export your expenses from the app. For anything else, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

Children

Duopot is not meant for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above, and announce important changes in the app.
